Technical Sales Engineer

Keenan Recruitment is pleased to collaborate with an esteemed family-owned business that excels in designing, providing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining security and life safety systems, having received numerous awards for their work.

The successful candidate will be a professional Engineer who is motivated, diligent, and focused on delivering a premium level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Survey and assess extra works, remedials, and upgrades for life safety and security systems (e.g., intruder alarm, IP CCTV, voice alarm, access control, fire detection, and alarm).
• Create cost estimates and follow up on sales proposals.
• Participate in the delivery of quoted remedial works, modifications, and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience with a strong understanding of Security and Fire Industry standards and regulations (NSI & BAFE).
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic life safety and security systems (e.g., Fire, Intruder, CCTV, and Access).
• Some technical sales experience, preferably in the fire and security sector.
• Focus on delivering premium customer service.
• Possession of a clean driving license
• Willingness to participate in a call-out rotation.

Working hours

Mon-Thurs 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

 Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
